I still can't quite get over how fast Christmas has come around this year. December is such a busy period for most people with having to rush around buying presents and organising events here, there, and everywhere. It's definitely not a quiet season. But, it's all worth it in the end!

Let's admit it, the majority of us spend ridiculous amounts of hours thinking about our 'look' for Christmas Day and or New Year (and the other festive days), do we not? Well, let's just say, I know for sure it's not just me being slightly too excited. We all like to look good for the Christmas period, and whether that be buying a new outfit or trying out some new makeup, we all have our own way of sparkling.

Westonbirt Arboretum is a very exciting place to visit in the winter months; especially Christmas. I visited the Arboretum with my family on Sunday evening and it has definitely got me into the Christmas spirit. I took my camera around with me and eventually managed to get some decent pictures. It was a very foggy night, so not all of them came out super clear. I did get very frustrated with my camera at many points. Fellow photographers, surely we have all been there?!

During Christmas, the Arboretum is lit up with bright and colourful lights. They make the walk magical! There's so much to look at; lights and noises everywhere. It was a truly beautiful experience and I would love to go again next year. It is a very popular event that most people struggle to get tickets for. I understand why now. These pictures definitely do not show the magical atmosphere that the lights created but, they still show part of it. Just a pre-warning: this is a post for those of you that like to see lots of pictures!

Candles are little items that I love to have in my bedroom all year around, especially during winter. I love to have subtle scents filling my bedroom and candles slowly burning away; it's so relaxing. Recently, I have been a very lucky blogger! I managed to get my hands on these beautiful candles from Chelsea Candle. A few weeks back, Chelsey, the founder or Chelsea Candle, sent me an email asking whether I would like to give her candles a try and of course, I said yes **with huge amounts of excitement**. I have spent the last 3 days picturing these beautiful candles - as well as burning them of course. Although, that took me a while to do; I hate burning brand new candles and ruining their beauty!

I can't believe that it's been nearly two weeks since I went to the Christmas market in Bristol. Time definitely flies by during Christmas time. Christmas markets are always one of the top things on my to-do-list during the Christmas period; they're so pretty and ideal for photo opportunities and festive feels! If you aren't already in the Christmas spirit, a festive market should definitely be on top of your Christmas to-do list!

The Bristol Christmas Market was buzzing! The atmosphere was so festive and everyone was really joyful and happy, you just couldn't help but feel happy yourself. There were different foods, drinks and gifts everywhere and I found myself trying to look in several places at once; there was just far too much to look at. In fact, there was probably more food than anything else - I guess that's what you get with a German market! However, the food did look gorgeous, I could have bought everything but, there was still some element of self-control telling me not to indulge too much. Look at the size of the gigantic cupcakes!

The period between December 1st and about December 18th is the period that I spend reading hundreds of blogger wishlists. I just love them. It becomes so extreme that I will search 'wishlist' on every blog that I visit. It's just really nice to see what other people are wishing for, even if it is really expensive and impossible dreamy wishes. It also helps me to grab some ideas. I have far too much already, I end up struggling to think of what I need every Christmas!

For about 2 months, I have been holding on to every penny I had and I have finally managed to convince myself (it didn't take a lot) to buy myself something! For some people, this may be more than 'something' but, considering I have spent very little on myself for the past 2-3 months, I thought I definitely deserved a little treat. So, what's the first thing girls like me do when they have money to spend? Of course, head straight on over the Urban Outfitters, pick a few bits out and press 'order' - the best feeling in the world. Even better when they have discounts on offer for spending different amounts!

I ordered four items, as you can see from the pictures. The first is the shirt, the second is the jeans, third is the dungarees (aren't they gorgeous?) and fourth is the skirt (getting Christmassy over here!). The total came to £106, but dropped to £91 due to the £15 off when you spend £100 promotion. I fell in love with these items straight away, and I just couldn't resist.

Initially, when these products arrived, I began planning outfits for the Christmas period. I didn't even think about the possibility that they might not fit me...
